Barbara Buczek‘s huge orchestral setup – maybe the largest “chamber ensemble” so far – comprises of 89 instruments. She finished this composition in 1974 and some parts of it have been performed during the “Warsaw Autumn”.
Only now, more than 40 years later, the complete opus will be published by PWM for the first time and recorded soon as part of the “sto na sto” project.
We digitally cleaned up and re-layouted the handwritten full score, while the 500 pages of instrumental parts were newly engraved.
